Excellent musical enter tainment was provided by Mrs. Myrtle Thomson, conlralio, and George Brealey, violinist. Read ings were given by llu; winiicrs of last year's contests -- 'Miss Barbara Parson and Miss Mar jorie Me Lelliand. ^ Mrs. J. A. Gillespie, past I'ro- vincial Pi'esident, was in the chair. Mrs. Wilfred MacKay, thb local president, pre.sented the medals and certificates to the eighteen competitors.
