The m ajority of.gi:^eri€S were bought in bulk, 100 per c t o from local merchants. The amount spent by this comimittee on Groceries, $649.31; Meat $252.62; Paper Bags, etc., $10.98; Milk $410.43 ; Total $1,323.34. Among articles purchased by th is conimittee were th e following: 1 ton of Flour; 1,200 lbs. Rolled Oats; 275 lbs. Lard; 1,500 lbs. Sugar; 150 lbs. Tea; 260 lbs. Rice; 150 lbs. Bmrley; 150 lbs. Dried Peas.; 300 lbs. Beans; 50 lbs.
