The emphasis on the gospel message of salvation, and its practical application to all phas- es of human life and society was very marked. Dean Quentain of the Anglican Cathedral gave a series of morning devotional talks that gave a fine spiritual tone to the whole conference. Notice is given to the women of the church of a hlissionary Quilting on May 29th in the Church hall. Also at the same time a show- er is asked of household and bed linen for the mission hospital and mission household purposes. Also warm clothing is asked for the Supply Department of the W.M.S.
