The inner, finer parts should be used for salads. After the salad greens have been care- fully washed, they should be put into a cheese-cloth bag and kept in a refrigerator. David's five-piece orches- tra from Coquitlam, which sup- plied the music, was one of the hest, If not the best, that has ever come to West Vancouver, and encores for every number were the order of the evening.
