Electric Railway Com- pany ls rapidly nearing comple- tion and officials of the company expect that the new equipment will be in service by the end of September. Mix in the grated lemon rind. Beat together yolks of eggs and sugar, then add butter (melted) then lemon juice. Add milk snd stir sll into the bread crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven, let cool and spread on top a layer of jam or jelly, then cover lightly with the stiffly beaten whites, to which has been added two tablespoons of sugar. Brown slightly in oven. GO to the Fall Show. Chicken Soufne 1 pint cooked chicken I pint cream sauce 4 eggs I teaspoon chopped parsley Salt and pepper. Add chicken to cream sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook 2 minutes.
