A goodwill exhibition of dolls,~ aeroplanes and posters is to be held in Vancouver from 15th to 18th May, under the auspices of the Provincial Parent-Teacher Federation, The exhibition is open to all school children in the province. The last few years there has been considerable wanton de- struction of dogwood trees by hikers and others here and at other places in the province. It i~ understood that an order-in- council is shortly to be issued in Victoria forbidding this prac- tice. B. C. H. JUNIOR AERO CLUB FORhIED The North Shore Junior Aero Club commenced its class on Sat- urday, March 23rd. This club is being sponsored by Col. Savory, who is taking a keen interest in the boys of IVest Vancouver who are desirous of entering the aero- .iautical industry later, either as riggers of airplanes, motor eng- ineers or pilots. The following boys attended the first class: Metford Chap- man, Peter Procter, Malcolm Stevens, Michael Savory, Billy Lang and James Savory.
