Aberdeen Sausnge This recipe is given by a goo&I cook, a descendent of an old Scottish family. Two pounds steak, one pound bacon, half pound bread crumbs, two eggs. Run meat through fine chopper; have bread crumbs &lry and fine, mix the two eggs thoroughly with meat and crumbs, season with salt, pepper an&1 nutmeg, or with sausage spice, which contains varieties. Put into two cloth bags, made any size desired, small and long, or short aml larger around. Steam two hours, then keep in bag. This will slice nicely, also can be fried crisp.
