G. E., who have been investigating the road for the s past few months, is to be laid before the Legislature this ses- sion. They are op- posed to any exten- sive building pro- gramme looking to the linking up of the system, owing to the fact that the present condition of s the lands adjacent to the line and any development t h a t such a linking up would produce in the next few years would not justify the heavy expendi- ture involved. It is, however, certain that the province will have to foot a heavy bill in order to put the present line in such shape that it can maintain the traffic. Rige Club Hold Shoot Monday The North Shore Miniature Rifle Club will hold its next shoot on Monday, December 27th, at 8 p.m. This will take the form of a spoon shoot. Sev- eral rifles especially adapted for target purposes will be at the disposal of the members. Further information can be obtained from Mr. C. E. Lawson or Mr. Ed. Hunter of North Vancouver.
