T TWO WEEKS OF APRI L A RECORD The building permits of West Van- couver continue to soar, always a sig- nificant indication of progress. The remarkable increase in building throughout the municipality shown by the permit! for the last two months-February and March-prom- ises to be more than maintained dur- ing the coming months. For the two weeks ending April 13 the total permits amounted to the value of $34,400, representing sixteen nc wbuildings or addition! thereto.
