Web Design Courses With the help of a Youth@BC student grant, the Library has been able to offer courses in Web Design to the public in our Computer Centre. These courses, which began in July and will wrap up at the end of October, have been extremely popular and very well received. Aimed at those with a good working knowledge of computers, these courses have taught the basic elements of Web page design using Microsoft Front Page to both adults and youth.
