IN MEMORY OF DR. ESMAIL AZARM A Friend since January 1986 It is with sadness we heard of the recent passing of our long time member Esmail Azarm. Thanks to Dr. Azarm, our Library houses the largest and probably the best collection of Persian books in BC. Dr. Azarm initiated the Library's Persian ' collection by raising the funding, cataloguing the books, and even purchasing books with his own money. His love of the Library was shown through his generosity and unconditional support to the Library and to the Friends of the Library, which will be long remembered. Our condolences to Dr. Azarm's family. Thank you to Mary Holland for archiving Ted Hill's submissions which will be presented in future newsletters.
