WE SHALL NEVER FORGET THEM REMEMBRANCE DAY Tuesday November 11 Once again following the Parade and the service at the Cenotaph, the West Vancouver Memorial Library will open its doors. The Friends will sponsor and host the reception, serving tea, coffee, juice and cookies. The Dundarave Players under the direction of Grace Tietz will provide the music. Song sheets will be available so everyone can join the "sing along". The work of coordinating the volunteers, organizing the rental equipment and setting up the serving tables is being capably looked after by Eileen de Bues, Natalie Logan and Brendan Rowell. All Friends are encouraged to participate. Our apologies are extended to Lesley Childs and Wanda Osborne whose names were omitted in the last edition of our Newsletter. Lesley helped at an Art Reception and Wanda at an Author's night. HELP WANTED Newsletter Editor: Unfortunately after more than 5 years, Mary Holland has decided she will retire from the position as editor of the Friends Newsletter in March 2004.
