MEMBERSHIP Maureen Eagle, Membership Secretary, reported that no new members signed on this month, but we were very pleased to welcome back Helen Brewer who attended the meeting and re-joined at the same time. Helen was a member of the Friends some years ago. Last month we asked you to call in and tell us the year you joined the Friends. The response has been quite good, but we particularly need to hear from long-time members as our current records only go back to 1991. We hope to delve into the archives shortly but it would still be a great help if you could let us know the year you joined. Call Maureen at 604-922-8507. We have noted some long time members: Eileen de Bues (1986) Irene Caudwell (1987) Betty O'Sullivan (1988) Joan Skipper (1981) Spring Cleaning? Are your bookshelves overflowing? Bring in your unwanted Books, CD's, Videos, Puzzles, Children's books or current magazines to the Library's Circulation Desk. Your donations will either be added to the Library's collection or included in our book sale.
