CARRIED Business Arising No items were raised in connection with these minutes. Chief Librarian's Report a) Annual Booksale Jack reported that the sale has been arranged for the Ice Arena on June 25 and 26, 1994. Library staff will transport the books to the arena floor. The Friends were asked to consider having maintenance staff at the arena set up the 65 tables. He also suggested that they consider selling coffee and also other items during the sale. It was decided that John Hunter and his committee would consider this. b) Ongoing sale in the Library Jack reported that the Board has decided to establish an ongoing sale of books on a table in the Library. Jack will arrange to meet with Eileen de Bues and Natalie Logan within the next few days to establish the location of the table and the procedures for handling the money etc.
