9. Other Business a) November 11 Reception It was agreed that it is necessary to start planning a reception now. Jack Mounce said that because of the restricted space available this year, the whole Library would be available for people to use and that a coffee location should be established up on the mezzanine floor to help spread out the crowd. Lois Kilburn confirmed that she would be willing to direct the organization of the reception, provided that she is still here. She circulated a list which people signed to indicate their willingness to assist. b) Artists Receptions Betty O'Sullivan reported that Carol Kostiuk is interested in getting a committee together for the purpose of interviewing artists and selecting paintings. The next artist reception is scheduled for November 2.
