LIBRARY EXPANSION: The Cornerstone Planning Group report on the expansion of the Library was presented to Municipal Council on January 25th. Council is now expected to consider options for phased development of the facility in connection with a private fundraising campaign which the Memorial Library Foundation of West Vancouver is planning for this year or next.
