Jennifer Tunner motioned to adopt the minutes of the last meeting. Seconded by Lorne Topham. Larry gave an overview of the agenda, including the intention to vote for a new name for the club. Larry described how the voting process would take place. On the provided ballots, the members wifi assign 3 points for their first choice, 2 points for their second, and 1 point for their third choice. The ballots were handed out and members voted. Ballots wifi be collected before the end of the business portion of the meeting. Reports: Exhibitions Al Spence - i. Al summarized the Cap Mall reception for the members.
