Almost half the respondents use these materials. The library subscribes to an impressive number and range of these. The subscriptions are reviewed annually, and, as publishing and public demand varies, titles may be dropped or added. Some recent additions include `Canadian Stamp', `This England', `Wooden Boat', and in the Reference Department, `Art News', `Canadian Music', `Car and Drive'. Suggestions for additions are always welcome. Some magazines we are able to receive due to the generous support of residents who have donated a subscription. In this way they, and many others in the community, can enjoy a particular magazine in a particular field. The most recent issues of all titles are on display at the east end of the upper floor. Back issues are shelved there as well, and may be borrowed. Other magazines are kept in the Reference Department for use only in the library. A list of all current subscriptions is available. Readers in grades 4 to 7 are invited to join the club. Be the first to read our new books then drop by to talk about them. The club meets alternate Saturdays. Please enquire. -- COMING EVENTS SUMMER READING CLUB WILL BE HERE SOON!! Gear up and await further announcements. Community Day Display. June Art Show will feature Japanese brushwork florals.
