PLANNING BETTER SERVICE Over the last few months, we have been asking library users to help us by filling out an 18 point questionnaire. Over 500 were distributed at various times of the day, Two thirds of all users didn't every day of the week. Obviously then, one third come for any specific book. did. 61% of these found the book they wanted. Almost half of our users didn't know that if a book is not available it can be reserved or obtained from another Two thirds of our users Greater Vancouver library. came to the library in connection with a course of study. Two thirds of the respondents would like Sunday hours of service during the winter months in addition to the present hours of service. Over 90% of users felt that library service in West Vancouver was very good/excellent. Of course, we can still pull up our socks.
