REMEMBRANCE DAY ADULT SERVICES DEPARTMENT On Thursday, November 11, the Memorial Library will be honouring its origins as in previous years by offeri light refreshments following services at the Cenotaph. The Library will otherwise be closed for business on Remembrance Day. C- GALLERY IN THE LOFT Artworks in various styles by Fred and Mara Herscovitch will be on display in the library this month. Fred has been painting for many years and has had numerous showings in galleries across Canada. This will be Mara's first exhibition. REFERENCE DEPARTMENT A greater number of students and researchers are using the Reference Department this year which often requires a sharing of resources amongst those working on similar projects. Therefore we would appreciate that reference material be used on the second floor in the quiet and convenient surroundings of this department.
