"Pig Out on Books" offers reading tailored to the individual child with stickers, games, book prizes and a specifically assigned librarian to offer encouragement and guidance in the delicious world of books. Because of the personalized approach of this year's club, we must limit enrolment to the first 50 registrants. Call 926--3291, local 15, to set up a June appointment to plan your feast! Drop in on: Fridays at 10:30 a.m. First, we're now on "summer hours", which means we're no longer open on Sun day. But don't forget to think about the Library again on the first Sunday after Thanksgiving in October. Don't worry, we'll remind you. Hours of operation are shown on the back of this brochure. Second, a reminder about the Library's special vacation loan, an arrangement which allows you to extend the loan iod of books which are not in high j.and from the regular one month to 6 weeks. This is meant as a convenience for people who will be out of town and therefore unable to return their books at the regular time. Third, we've already encountered examples to show what the hot weather can do to a vinyl record in its jacket on the back seat of a car. Do try to keep them out of the heat; the Memorial Library is unable to accept wobbly records back, as a few patrons learn every summer. .IURDAY STORIES I -- Stories and filmstrips for 4 to 8 year olds.
