Submissions will be accepted in the form of photos or slides of the artist's work. Media may be varied but only works which can be displayed on walls will be accepted. Ajurying was held in July for art displays at the newly renovated District Hall. When it opens in October. the "Atrium" will feature art objects displayed in enclosed glass shOwcases. Look for further details of the October grand opening, set to coincide with a special two- and three-dimensional visual arts exhibition. At a later date, the District Hall will also feature some public art of a more permanent sort. In mid-August, the District put out a call for submissions for a public art piece for the Atrium.
