Arts * Board Do You Have The Write Stuff? ? 0bu Submissions Invited For Art Rental Jury Painters, printmakers and photographers are invited to submit framed works into the North Vancouver Community Arts Council's Art Rental Jurying program. The works can be on any subject, any media abstracts, realism, landscapes, figures, etc., but no sculpture or wall hangings. Each artist can enter three pieces for a fee of $3.00 for the first piece plus $2.00 for each additional entry. Note an artist's resume/ autobiography (maximum one page typed) must be included with artist's submissions at time of registration. Festival of the Arts "Images & Objects", please note these dates. Spring jurying will be held on the North Shore, Saturday February 22nd and Sunday February 23rd, 1992. Art works are to be delivered to the jurying site (address not yet confirmed) on Thursday, February 20th and Friday February 21st, 1992. Cecilia Lamont Literary Contest Aspiring writers and poets are invited to submit entries to the 16th annual Cecilia Lamont Literary Contest sponsored by the White Rock and Surrey Writer's Club. The subject is open. Poetry or prose including short stories, fact or fiction, and articles, not previously published for a fee, are invited to enter. Maximum length is 1,000 words for prose, or 35 lines for poetry. A l l manuscripts are to be type written, double spaced with a detachable top page that shows the title, author's name, address and telephone number only.
