Artist's name, title of work and asking price (maximum $750.00) should appear on back of each piece submitted. Type of Work: A n y subject, any media abstracts, realism, landscapes, figures, etc. - not sculpture or wall hangings. Entry Fee: $3.00 per artist for first piece plus $2.00 each for additional piece, with a maximum of three entries per artist, to be paid when pieces are brought in for jurying. N O T E : artist's resume/autobiography (maximum one page typed) M U S T be included with artist's submissions at time of Pickup: Pieces not accepted by the jurors may be picked up at the same place after the jurying (Approx. 2:30 until 4:00 p.m.) Y o u w i l l need to come back to the church after 2:00 p.m. to determine whether your pieces have been accepted and to pick up those not accepted. Paintings Juried In: W i l l be stored in a vault in Presentation House for one year. They w i l l be displayed at the special Art Rental/ Show on M a y 8, 1991, and at the following regular Art Rental/Shows until M a y 1992 unless out on rental or sold in the meantime. Our commission is 30% on rentals and 25% on sales. The Art Rental Show is held in the Upper Galleries of Presentation House, 4th and Chesterfield Streets, North Vancouver, on the second Wednesday of each month (except July and August) from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Attending members of the public include business and professional people, householders, gallery operators, art teachers. Insurance: Due to the high cost of insurance and the fact that there have been no problems in the past, Art Rental does not provide insurance. It is the responsibility of the artist. The following are the dates of the upcoming Art Rental/Shows: A p r i l 10, M a y 8, and June 12. N o art rental - July and August. June rental to September - one month Free.
