THIS AND THAT AND SOME OTHER STUFF 1991 VANCOUVER CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL Tickets for the 1991 V a n c o u v e r C h i l d r e n ' s Festival go on sale Saturday. M a r c h 23 at 9:30 a.m. at Ticketmaster outlets, Eaton's and W o o d w a r d ' s stores and Infocentres throughout the province. This year's Festival w i l l be held M a y 13-20 in V a n i e r Park, once again extending over the V i c t o r i a Day long weekend. Nineteen companies from six countries w i l l be presented in ticketed performances with an additional 17 B . C . artists and groups roving the site and performing on the Esso F a m i l y Stage. The 1991 line-up w i l l include theatre from Australia, A l a s k a and England; comedy and singing cowboys from the United States; and, for the first time, a centrepiece o f three productions from southern A f r i c a . The Festival is pleased to welcome a marimba ensemble and a storyteller from South A f rica and a rousing choral company from Z i m b a b w e .
