Chris Beaubien Construction Paradise Grain Elevators, Lower Level Road Acrylic on Canvas, 30" x 24" Since I was a child I've always marvelled at the intimidating scope of the grain elevators every time I pass by. Seeing the industrial, steel complex set against a bubblegum sky never fails to inspire a cockeyed grin. I changed the original label of the building - POOL · to POV (Point Of View) to make the scene less concrete. Talk about abusing one's artistic license. (Note: I listened to Philip Glass' Fog of War as inspiration (or this piece.)
