T h e Pleasure music, performance, y 3 years a g o t h e N o r t h V a n c o u v e r District a n d the Tsleil-Waututh Nation formally signed a C a t e s ParkAA/hey-ah-Wichen p r o t o c o l / c u l t u r a l a g r e e m e n t , t h e first a g r e e m e n t o f its k i n d was a c o u n t e r c u l t u r e event w i t h politics, and artisans.
