high and l o w notes easily, mesmerizing the crowd and provoking a well deserved round of a p p l a u s e at the end of the set. When Woodall finally got the chance to come over to my table and chat he was all smiles. Smart enough not to take himself too seriously he talked about his song writing, upcoming concerts and his budding new acting career as Goldfish cracker spokesman (you'll know it when you see it). We talked about the direction he would like to see the band go in the future and Woodall hinted that while they don't fit into the stereotypical mold of country music, they do like the attitude of a genre that allows a band to be themselves. If you want to see the Adam Woodall Band for yourself, you can head down to Seymour's Pub any Monday night or to Joe Fortes downtown on Saturday and Sunday afternoons when Adam plays solo. The band also has an upcoming gig at the Green Room on August 8th, 2003. For other upcoming events, check out the web site @ http://www.adamwoodallband.com, and if you get the chance, go and see this local group before they get big and their tickets get expensive. The Adam Woodall Band is an awesome local act and definitely a group to look out for in the future! A proud supporter of the arts in your community.
