honoured photography teacher in the Fine Arts Department at the University of British Columbia and Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design ran a three-hour session, Photo Morgan, watercolorist and program coordinator for the North Vancouver Community Arts Council. It is hard to imagine a more qualified panel, and from talking to many of the participants, I know they came away with a wealth of helpful hints and tremendous enthusiasm. In other rooms, former Vancouver East Cultural Centre and Vancouver Fringe Festival general manager Harry Hertscheg led a spirited session on Grant Sponsorships For Arts Groups.
