It's formidable c h a l l e n g e , but t h e N o r t h Shore Arts Commission's (NSAC's) t h i r d annual s y m p o s i u m did just that, generating a wave of excitement and i n s p i r a t i o n t h a t spilt o u t o n t o t h e s t r e e t at t h e e n d o f t h e day. " B u r r o u g h e s stresses t h e i m p o r t a n c e of c r e a t i n g a business plan as a vehicle f o r g r o w t h .
