Two very high-tech looking clocks on a bookcase at Langford's N o r t h Vancouver home turn out to be anything but. "They're transmission gears and ball bearings," says Langford,"and the faces are recycled from old clocks I find at antique shops and flea markets. I've sold clocks to people from all over the world, including a guy in Michigan who bought one here, called back, and had me ship him five more." Langford doesn't limit his w o r k to clocks.
