The 2,300-square-foot gallery is dedicated to presenting a diverse array of arts and crafts for the fabric artist Bev Juno. O t h e r N o r t h Shore artists represented include carver John Pesklewis; painters Lynne Green and Leonard Brett; folk artists Graham Eagle and Mark Wilkinson; and fabric artists Rosalind Aylmer, Ann Love, and Sharmini Wirasekara. O t h e r well-known talents featured are glass artist Malcom MacFadyen; ceramic artists Jack Oliver, Ernst Watkins, and Louisa Leibman;wire artist Jean Ross; sculp- visual arts Summer Arts at the P G E Station L o w e r Lonsdale will come alive with the arts this July and August, with the Summer at the Station project. It's all happening outside (weather permitting) on the terrace of the historic PGE Train Station.The station was recently moved to a new, more public, location at the foot of Lonsdale Avenue near the Quay. Every Sunday afternoon, the c o m munity and tourists will be treated to a free outdoor concert, as well as a visual arts exhibition featuring some of our community's many talented artists. The line-up of artists and musicians will change from week to week. Concerts happen from 2 pm to 4 pm and the artists will display their work from noon to 4 pm. Musicians scheduled to perform (subject to change) include The D o n Hardy Trio July 5, the Deep Cove Community Band July 12,The Blueberries July 19, La Band July 26, Two Flutes August 2, Fouruvus August 9, Casablanca Cowboys August 16, A Capella Harmonies August 23, and the a cappella quartet Images August 30.
