Medley's current subject matter is flowers, specifically tulips in transformation. "I'm fascinated by how beautiful they get as they get older," she says. "These days, I'm looking for the beauty within, rather than at surface beauty." You may have seen Medley's murals at St. Paul's Hospital, the Empress Hotel, Science W o r l d , Lions bringing artists to their immediate accessibility and demystifying the process a little bit," claims Medley. "I think the Harmony A r t s Festival is a wonderful thing--particularly in the support that we get from the merchants.There's so much creativity on the N o r t h Shore, and it's really important to our c o m m u nity that we can bring it out this way."
