Country A J L < - / - \ r\/t/% \ter LA/LJ\J Below are comments on Finishing Touches with Paint & Paper from North Shore "craft aficionados" Mary Ann Anderson and SuChin Kuah. · The directions are clear and easy to follow · The projects range from simple to more complex, and a wide range of ideas · Lots of techniques, great ideas for stenciling (variations on the "old themes") · There are some ideas that we have never seen before (and we've looked at lots of craft books!) such as paper cutouts used as decoupage and on light shades · It's nice to have the added templates and stencils to use · There are good explanations of equipment required and materials used · Uses simple techniques which don't require a lot of specialized tools and supplies · One of the better craft books we have seen in a while. The explanations are clearer and the ideas are quite different from a lot of other books we've seen · The colour pictures are great guides and inspiration · Overall a great book.
