Hamburgers and hot dogs were served hot and fresh by our chef Court Brousson. The food was prepared by Ann Brousson, Wendy Topham, Jeanette Keller, Joan Cox, and Susan Dirassar. It could not have been a better day as far as weather and companionship were concerned. A big thanks to the organizers and the nearly 100 who attended. There are more photos in Email Extras. Want to Volunteer? In the September issue we asked if anyone would like to volunteer to help out. Some of the areas needed are Community Day, BBQ, General Meetings, phoning. At present board members both present and former do most of the work of the Society. We would appreciate hearing from members who would like to help out but who do not have the time to be on the board a chance to participate in the activities of the Society.
