Our sales were excellent with 6 paintings sold. Again a great success. The crowds were great. the art was fantastic, the volunteers were enthusiastic and it was a great day. Yes we sold less paintings than last year but given the economic times we did VERY well. First I want to say a huge thank you to all the volunteers who gave so willingly of their time and energy. There are far too many to name but the key team leaders were Norm Vipond, Carole Wilson, Marguerite Mohy, Barb Matthews, Florence Allardice, Karole Doucette, Patricia Windsor and, of course, Jacquie Manning. They and their teams are the reason this show is what it is. It takes a very large effort to make all this come together for just one day and it is so great to see so very many people get involved and share the load. Give yourselves a hand.
