The job includes: a) Updating the on-line volunteer roster when new members join committees (announced in each newsletter) b) Updating the membership database each October with the volunteers in Board and Committee Head/Team Captain positions c) Finding replacement volunteers when jobs come open and updating the database d) Assisting Team Captains on occasion to find new volunteers by searching the database for those who have shown an interest. e) Assisting with sign-up of volunteers for the AFAS f) Assisting the Nomination Committee to find new board members (April June) -- Members are asked to update your volunteer jobs if you renew your membership in person. If line-ups keep you from doing this, please expect a phone call from our telephone committee in the Fall. Renewals fees are now due. $45 Active, $30 Supporting. Please ensure you are up to date before summer, especially if you plan to be showing in Harmony Arts and the Fine Art Sale. The database will be cleared of all records for members who are not in good standing by the end of September.
