Email Via email to warneren@telus.net prior to May 3rd, 9:00 AM. Entry to include jpg images with full name, telephone number, email address, painting title, medium, size, and price without tax. If you email your entry you do not need to attend on May 31(i· Eligibility: Members in good standing that have attended a minimum of three meetings in the last twelve months. New members please note, and remember to sign in at each general meeting. This is ajurying for 3 shows and up to 4 paintings may be submitted. Paintings can be no larger than 40" in any dimension framed. Paintings need not be framed for photography however all paintings selected for shows must be framed and dry, and wired for hanging with wire ends taped down. All corner brackets to be tight on metal frames. Paintings can be unframed if they are done on a fully wrapped canvas with no staples showing on the sides and a minimum depth of 1.5" Glass with clips framing is not acceptable. Up to 4 paintings, all completed within the past two years. Paintings previously hung in NSAG major shows are not eligible. Completed registration slip to be attached to back top right corner of each entry. Not-for-sale works You must designate not-for-sale works before the jurying. Not-for-sale works can be juried but will not be hung at our shows. If for some reason, between the jurying and hanging, you change the work from for-sale to not-for-sale, that work will not be hung. The prices submitted for paintings at the jurying will be those used for the shows. No changes can be accommodated so please price accordingly. Late paintings or substitutions will not be received for the show. Paintings must be original work, no copies from magazines, others photographs, the internet, etc. Paintings must not have been done during a workshop or with the assistance of an instructor. All other exhibition rules to be complied with. - - - - - - - -- - - - - - Fees: - - Photography fee: Payable at registration time $2.00 per painting. Hanging fee: Payable when you deliver your paintings to a show $4.00 per painting. Receipts are issued only on request. - Helpers: If you are on a team, please confirm that you will be available to your team captain. If you are available as a spare, please let one of the team captains know.
