North Shore Artists' Guild (formerly West Vancouver Sketch Club) February 2008 Page 3 Workshops are an integral part of the service we offer to members so we wish to make it as interesting and positive an experience as we can from registration until participation in the workshop. As you know, we tried taking registrations in advance by phone or at general meetings. However, coordinators encountered several problems: members forgot that they had registered or forgot to pay on time. Therefore we are making a few changes and hope this will be convenient for all. The following changes wiil be effective immediately · You may register in advance as soon as a workshop is announced · You will NOT be registered until payment is made. Payments may be made at the Tuesday monthly meetings or by mailed cheque to Frieda Ashworth. Upcoming Workshops March 29 & 30 Kiff Holland · Registrants who have still not paid please send Frieda Ashworth a check for $90.00 to finalize your registration or let Frieda know that you will pay at the next general meeting. · The supply list for Kiff s workshop will be posted on the internet in a few days. t - April 19 & 20- Lori Sokoluk · There are still a number of vacancies. Please plan to register at the next general meeting or send Frieda a cheque for $65.00 as soon as possible. · If you know of an interested non member the price is $80.00 May24 & 25- Suzanne Northcoft · There are 11 paid registrations · If you are interested in registering, you may send your check to Frieda Ashworth Please look for supply lists for all workshops on the website in the future. Please make an effort to speak to anyone you see standing or sitting alone and since over 30% of our membership is relatively new, please wear your nametag and help everyone get to know each other.
