Our current cash balance is $2700, which is adequate to meet our short-term requirements. However, we anticipate considerable expenses during the next month and a half as we gear up for our Annual Fine-Arts Show. It may then be necessary to cash in some of our GICs. Our 1st quarter financial report covering the period May through August shows revenue of $9,525 compared with $7,650 the previous year, an increase of $1,875. Expenses for the period were $4,449 compared with $2,659 last year. This represents an increase of $1,790. Excess of Revenue over Expenses for this quarter is $5,076 compared with last year's of $4,991. The net improvement for this year is about $85, not a significant amount, but it shows we are continuing to do well.
