As required byou;c stitutior and bylaws we will review our approved financial statements for the fiscal year ended on June 1. Also the Nominating Committee will present their slate of Directors for the upcoming year, including several new members of the Board, replacing those members who have served their maximum two year terms in any one position. As provided for in our Bylaws, additional nominations for positions can also be made at the AGM or by sending a nomination to Wanda Doyle by mail or e-mail four or more days prior to the AGM. The main item on this year's AGM agenda will be to quickly summarize the results of the recent member survey, but particularly to discuss three areas that the current Board would like more discussion on, namely: Artist feedback and critiques, the possibility of a larger, annual unjuried show, and ideas on having more member groups that would organize themselves around areas of common interest. The latter may include painting groups, critique groups, social events, and the like. We look forward to a good discussion of these topics at the AGM. The idea is to arm the new Board with the results of the Survey and the AGM discussions.
