It was difficult for the instructor to get around and not enough room for the artists to work, so in the future, we will have to limit the number of participants. Many of the members said they wouldn't mind paying more for this type of format. Our next workshop will be Friday, March 2nd. It will be a monotype class with Arnie Roman. Arnie is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, where you can view her work on line. There is still space in this workshop, so please email or phone Barbara for a simple supply list. April 21/22 (Sat/Sun) Susan Marczak who did the demo at the Feb 20th meeting, will do a workshop for us, focusing on city night lights. So for all of you who enjoyed the demo, be sure to sign up ASAP as I'm sure this will be a popular class. All workshops are held at Klee Wyck from 9:30-3:30, with an informal break for lunch (please bring), coffee/tea and cookies are supplied. Please be aware that if we are unable to fill a workshop with Guild members we will open registration to the general public and on the Opus website at an increased cost (depends on the workshop).
