All corner brackets to be tight on metal frames. · Paintings previously hung in WVSC major shows are not eligible. · Completed registration slip to be attached to back top right corner of each entry. · Not-for-sale works You must designate not-for-sale works before the jurying. Not-for-sale works can be juried but will not be hung at our shows. If for some reason, between the jurying and hanging, you change the work from for-sale to not-for-sale, that work will not be hung. · The prices submifted for paintings at the jurying will be those used for the shows. No changes will be accommodated. · Late paintings or substitutions will not be received for the show. All other exhibition rules to be complied with. · · If you can, it saves us a lot of effort to send the descriptive information about the paintings you will submit to the jury ahead of time. Include your name, the painting title, the medium, the price and the dimensions of the work in the e-mail to Edith Warner at warneren@telus.net. -- On-line Entries: · · If you have acceptable edited images of your paintings you can submit them as e-mail attachments, and not have to bring your paintings to the jury session described above Send the e-mail to Edith Warner at warneren@telus.net and include the following descriptive information: o Artist name, Painting Title, medium, price, dimensions of the work (H" x W") and if the work is to be entered in a Continuing Show - Jury Fee: Helpers: Payable at registration time $2.00 per painting.
