Workshops Frieda Ashworth Sue Hetherington is doing a pastel workshop at the end of this month. There are spaces still available for this workshop and Frieda encouraged members to sign up so that the workshop can go ahead. The May workshop will be on the 26--28 by Edith Warner. Heather Luccock is selling tickets for the Laudate concert and about 20 paintings from our club will be shown at this event ii. Edith reminded members to update their biographies so that our binder could be updated. ii. Edith has brought examples of her work for members to see in anticipation of her upcoming workshop. g. Membership and Roster Anne McMahon -82 members tonight There are two new members tonight and one guest Anne is accepting payments for membership renewals tonighi, as well as in May and June. Larry showed members an example of some of the pen and ink sketches for the West Van Yacht Club and encouraged other members to submit sketches to potentially become postcards for the yacht club iii. A member asked about our contact list and the privacy of this list Larry explained that members individual contact lists are private unless the member has chosen to share the names on this list with another member.
