Larry reminded members that the web site now has contact management capability. Contacts can also be lent to the Guild for contact purposes. This list can be used for personal purposes as well (like for individual shows). A list of invitees for receptions is necessary for legal purposes when alcohol is being served Finances Richard Summers b. Workshop fees have been increased from 50-65 to make up for shortfalls. 68% of total revenue has been achieved and approx 70% of budget has been spent at this point in the year therefore, our finances are in good shape. -- - c.
