Richard asked members to ensure cheques 2.2.1 to the club are properly written and not post-dated. Al Spence exhibitions absent Edith reporting. The Cap Mall show will be in February. Dates to be announced. 2.3.1 Brewster's Feb show has been scrapped due to the fact that the sizes of our paintings are not suitable in 2.3.2 this venue. Paintings that were selected for that show will be merged into the upcoming Cap Mall show in February. The list will be published before that show. Jurying: Jane Armstrong is not available to report Jeanne Duffey, Alessandra Bitelli were the jurors. 2.3.3 Edith reported that there was a bit of confusion at pickup time due to the fact that the door to the church was being painted, but all went well otherwise. Frieda Ashworth workshops Barry Chadwick workshop has had some cancellations. There are three spaces available and Frieda 2.4.1 will be at the back to fill those spaces at the break. There are eight spots left in December workshop with Lucy Collings. The January workshop will be with Mike Svob. Frieda will be doing registration for Mike Svob at the January meeting. Dates for this workshop are the 28th and 29(h of January. Jacquie Manning education 2.5.1 Judy Oshobi will be demonstrating in January. (watercolor demonstration). The December meeting is our holiday party with Kiff Holland in attendance. Publicity Gordon Davis Edith welcomed Gordon to the executive. 2.6.1 Gordon announced upcoming member shows.
