There is also an increasing amount of information on the site that can be viewed by members only. You need two pieces of information a To see this information you need to Log In to the site. So far we have the Jurying Information for Members guidelines and rules, directions to the jurying venue and details of the next jurying. Also, some of the papers I have prepared over the last couple of years in the "Computers for Artists" series, a set of introductory articles on computer and internet related topics. Member Artist Websites We have time, before summer is upon us, for one more set of workshops to prepare members who would like to have their own website. The first workshop ensures that the member has the needed computer skills to manipulate files (bios, images of paintings) on a computer and to edit images of your paintings. The second teaches you how to load and maintain your website. She has three paintings in the FCA Gallery "Success" show on currently at the Gallery. Other members in the news this month include: · · · · · Margarite Mahy has had a painting accepted in the Federation show "Urban Landscapes". Tess Johnson has had a painting accepted in the F.C.A. Still Life show which runs from March 29th to April 10th. `The Casual Gourmet' in the Park and Tilford Shopping Center is showing about 18 of Bob Rennie's paintings. They will be there until the end of April. Lucy Collings is having a show at the West Van Library with two others for the whole month of March. It's called "Life and Nature" Lynn Webster is one of three artists in the Library's show "Exploring the Surface' which runs from April 1st to April 30th. The opening reception is from 6:30 to 8 pm on April 1st.
