OnebfMe duties of the Past President at this ierhip executive Anne McMahon, time of year is to head up a committee, which includes the to fill executive, committee and volunteer positions for the next te?çri, which begins effectively in the fall, and which is voted on by members at our June Annual GenezIehng : p Our first step is to see which of the Executive will be continuing in their current roles (our by-laws dictate a maximum term of two years for any executive position). This is also your opportunity to fulfill your commitment to volunteer in the running of the Club. There will no doubt be many interesting and enjoyable activities from which you can choose. At the next meeting we will begin the process by determining who will be continuing in their present positions. A list will be posted on the bulletin board of those presently in committees and we ask that you indicate on that list whether or not you will be continuing in that position. This will save us a lot of phoning further down the road. Also, if you know of anyone who is interested in your position, please indicate this. The list of most of the volunteer positions in the Club is in the front of your Roster. We will call for nominations and volunteers more formally next month but we would welcome your nominations or suggestions for candidates at any time. Volunteering is a great way to learn more about the Club and its workings. It's also the best way to meet new art friends and get to know one another! Join in!
