Between February 3 and March 6, Charlotte Grundig has a painting in the "Underwear Show" at City Scape Gallery. Her painting is titled "Juicy Thongs". Please support your fellow members' shows and let me know if you will be in any shows in the next couple of months. Your Club Executive has approved a set of actions that will increase the level of communications and publicity for our various shows. We will have an attractive postcard designed to highlight the next three shows we will have, namely Brewster's, Park Royal and the Capilano Mall. I have located a low cost source of getting these printed and we will have them available for you at future meetings and we will mail some with future newsletters. Our request of you is that you assemble a list of people you would like to give or mail these cards to, and when the cards are available, get them to those people buyers of your art in the past, friends and neighbours that may be interested in art, and so forth. Thank you in advance. -- Vice-cPresiient £ariy Acfitemicfiuk, 604-926-9640 lachtem@slzaw.ca We are always interested in having those of you with e-mail, receive this newsletter by e-mail instead of Canada Post. If you are willing to change to getting your newsletter by e-mail send me a note to that effect. As of last month, many of the sections of this newsletter are now also posted on our website, in the Club News sections of the menu you will see after you Login to the site. If you do not have a User ID and password, let me know. If you have one but are having problems let me know as well. As I get time, more and more information for members will be added to the site, so it will become a useful source of information, forms, and schedules. Speaking of our website, over the past three months the visits and hits to our site have more than doubled compared to the prior months. We are approaching over 4200 unique visitors a month. If any of you would like to have our own artist web sites, please let me know. I will arrange workshops to show you how to do this whenever we have 4-5 people interested. If you have a website today, but feel you could benefit from a "refresher" contact me as well.
