Twenty-three of our members were selected by random draw of paintings from the last jurying to participate and the Show will run from March 6 to 31, 2005. Show support for our members and for Brewster's, and drop by for some good coffee or a lunch. Tell your friends and neighbours about this show and this new venue. wtophain@shaw.ca Juiying Lynn Webster 604-925-4214 kIwwestvanshaw.ca This is a reminder that our next jurying session will be held on April 29 -30. Jurying instructions and forms will be attached to the April newsletter which will be out a few days before this session. The jury instructions and guidelines have also been posted on the Club website so you can reference them there if you have a login ID and password. For new members, be reminded that you are required to attend three meetings before you are eligible to participate in a jurying session. This session will select paintings for the Harmony Arts Festival in early August, the fall Park Royal and Capilano Mall Shows and, if we decide to continue with this new venue, other shows at Brewster's Coffee in Dundarave. Just a reminder that we will not be able to accept price changes for your works between th.e time of the jurying and the shows. This just creates too much work and confusion for our volunteers during very busy times. Make your pricing decisions early and stick to them, please. cE.4iibitions Jennifer Tunner 604-921-1610 studio@stargate.ca At the last General Meeting on February 15th, twenty-three members' names and paintings were drawn for inclusion in the March 6th to 31st Show at Brewster's Coffee Ltd. café in Dundarave village. If we are successful in the March show, we can expect to enjoy more to follow. A list of participating artists and their paintings follows. Would you please bring the paintings to: Brewster's Coffee 2436 Marine Drive, West Vancouver at 6.OOpm, promptly on Sunday, March 6th. Time of delivery is important as the café closes then and our crew will be able to hang the show without disturbing patrons. The show will run for the month of March. When a customer wishes to buy a painting, Parviz will refer him to the artist to directly handle the transaction. Be prepared for this. If possible, ask that a
